Infective endocarditis: A review and update of a clinical enigma.
In the original printing CJCN 2007;17:5-12 an error was missed: the superscript for 10 to the 8th and 10 to the 11th reads incorrect as printed "108 to 1,011 colony-forming units of bacteria"
on page 6.
